Health

Having in consideration the special needs of health sector, we studied and developed a solution line of digital signage and queue management that responds to requirements of this sector. Health sector has special requirements of architecture, infrastructure robustness and risks mitigation associated to restrictions in communications that need to be addressed by these solutions.

In order to cover the specific requirements of the health sector, we created our own digital signage system and added a set of features thinking about the operational and functional structure of a health institution.

In addition to the core features of SEGG solutions and if the hospital backoffice allows integration and the incorporation of a citizen card reader equipment, it is possible to check-in a user from reading the Citizen Card, see its current account and check for outstanding recovery values.
